Maintenance Dept. Recognizes National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

BCISD is encouraging the community to "wear pink" to the next home varsity football game on Oct. 16 versus Foster. BCISD Maintenance Supervisor Carter Anderson has donated pink paint in honor of his sister who passed away from breast cancer, and BCISD Grounds Supervisor C.L. Cook and his crew will use the paint to repaint the field numbers for the game.
In addition, the BCHS Student Council will also be showing their support by giving out pink ribbons at the game.
Financial donations will be collected at the gates to benefit cancer research at the UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Make checks payable to UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
